PRAYER FOR MARRIAGES

Many marriages are going through a rough time. Adam and Eve cannot seem to stay together, cannot seem to stay in covenant with each other, and cannot seem to stay loyal nor faithful to one another other. The enemy is doing everything and running every trick of distraction he can to put God's covenant to shame, to break up this holy union and establish other unions that are not in agreement with the Word of God. 

God has ordained marriage between man and woman. Marriage is important and means a great deal. What are all these agendas that spouses are having? Spouses do not listen to each other, are not praying for each other nor with each other and sleeping around on each other, among other things. Marriage is the greatest relationship one can experience. To be able to feel safe with that one person, to have the fidelity of that one person, to trust that one person, to feel protected, provided for and truly loved by that one person is an incredible and awesome experience.  God has given us the ability to experience that. 

Marriage should not be taken lightly nor entered into lightly. The vows one takes should mean something and should be upheld. The world started out with a personal relationship with God and then the covenant of marriage. I would think we would see how much God values it. Marriage is so precious. If each person would stay focused on God's word, keeping God at the forefront of marriage and doing what God says unto God because we love Him, I know it would work out. 

Women learn what the bible says about loving your husbands. Do it unto the Lord. Many times I quote what the bible says about how a man should love his wife and I always get some guy who wants to talk about the woman’s responsibility which should allow us to realize the thinking of that man. The man is the cultivator, the man is the head so if his focus is so on what  the woman should be doing when does he have time to learn and do what he is supposed to be doing. I realize then  perhaps he has not gotten hold of doing what God has required. 

From reading the Word, the Kings that God were pleased with and there weren’t many, were the ones who understood being a servant. Jesus is the master servant. He came to serve to show us all, to show a man how to serve, how to be a real King. Isn’t that how government works? Well at least that is how it should work. It is a position of servitude to the people for guidance and the betterment of the people. You get out what you put in. With that said I will not post what God says because it is obvious and looking this one up yourself if you are interested will be of greater value. Anyway I could go on and on. I believe in marriage. I love it. Let’s pray for marriages.

Confession: Lord, You are the final authority in every situation and we believe the Holy Spirit will go now to work on ___________'s heart and mind and the hounds of Heaven will go after ______________ and convict him/her of sin, righteousness and judgment. I believe you put supernatural hedge of protection, thorns and thistles around _________ so other ungodly affairs or influences cannot seduce _____ away from his/her spouse. Set their lives apart and sanctify them for You. Draw __________ to the fullness of Your salvation and fill __________ with Your Holy Spirit. I praise You for the anointing that breaks and destroys every yoke. I believe the Blood of Jesus is covering them from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet and every vain imagination, bondage of lust is broken over their lives. Hallelujah, in Jesus’ Name.

NOTHING'S TOO HARD FOR GOD

In light of what happened last week with rapper Christ Kelly and the allegation of drugs I wanted to post a prayer that can be used for those fighting or in bondage to an addiction.


Confession For Deliverance From Substance Abuse For Loved Ones and Friends:

I have a Blood Covenant with the Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ and I am the righteousness of God in Him. In the Name of Jesus, Satan you cannot cross over the Blood line of Jesus. I bind and destroy your maneuvers and attacks against my household of faith. Now Father, I break the power of every working curse and every spell that has tried to come upon any of my family members, and no weapon that has formed against them shall prosper in any way, in the Name of Jesus.  

The power of addiction is broken! I have a right to declare that Your Word is working on behalf of my family. I am in covenant with You, therefore I decree and declare that Your Word is working mightily in my home. I am the establishing witness for me and my household, and for every neighbor that I come in contact with as the establishing witness, I have authority over spiritual witchcraft, generation curses, over stubborn spiritual pride, resentment, hostility, rebellion, jealously, envy, strife, and every evil work and demonic activity.

THE MIND GAME...WARRING FOR THE WIN

(Just a note:  I started this 10pm Monday but with all my research it didn't get finished until after 12am.)

 

This post is coming a bit later in the day. Late night is more like it. But I was up to 6am in the morning with two or three naps throughout the day before. So needless to say, I got a not so early start.  But I had to do this confession anyway because well I said I would and I was having a battle of the mind earlier. It went something like this: "Oh God, what have I done to myself?" "Why would I allow myself to believe anything good could happen?" "I must be the biggest idiot around". "What am I thinking?" "If I would just walk away now I might be able to save myself." "Perhaps I am no more and will achieve no more than what is right now." "Oh God why would you do this to me." "Where is this going?" "Stupid stupid girl." "I hate you devil you no good nothing." I get upset with everyone even my biggest ally, the Lord which I know is absolutely ridiculous but those feelings and emotions start playing on ya. I just get to disappointed because I'm like, "Lord really?" "He is supposed to be for me. I am doing all that I can." It's not good but that is the battle that tries to take root.

Then I was thinking I just need to move from L.A. again as I usually do but try not to because I know the Lord has told me to stop thinking about that. But it is so tempting. Now check this out. No sooner than I had that thought and it was about to take root, I turned on Pandora and a song, I think by Toby Mac, had just started and the third line in the first verse said, "I'm packing my bags to leave when I am supposed to stay." It's makes me cry right now because that one line in that one moment I believed was God talking to me. It was no coinkydink. It happened so fast that if I wasn't conscious in my thoughts at the time I would have missed it. After that another song came on by someone "West" (first name or last name) and it said, "I am not defined by the wreckage of the past. My name is Child of God." How amazing God is! He can speak to you in so many ways. "Wow Lord you are the only living God. Thank you for speaking to me." Then I saw a text from my sister friend NicoleSconiers.com:

Look at God! God says in Isaiah 55:8, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways." Then I finally read my index cards and was able to get back on track. I came across one about what I have been called to do.I will tell you right now I don't know where this is going. I have put literally everything into it. At times I can't even see how it can get better. But I know this:

Wow so many scriptures are coming to me now and as they come I cry out each one. So I am led to print them.

So there! Those are the ones that came to me as I have been writing this post. 

Confession:

I thank, You, Christ Jesus my Lord for enabling me and counting me faithful, putting me into the ministry. I can do all this through Christ who gives me strength. I am like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf shall not wither; and whatever I set my hands to shall prosper. Thank You, Father that Satan's plan for my life has been destroyed and Your plan for my life has been enforced and established by Your Word. I am not defined by the wreckage of the past but by my name "Child of God". Thank You for Your love emanating from me that has the power to transform the lives of those I come in contact with. I'm like a fountain and the healing anointing and power of God flows through me. My life radiates with the love of Jesus causing the healing anointing to reach out to others wherever they may have a need.  Thank You that I've been anointed by Christ the Anointed one to remove every burden and destroy every yoke of bondage in relationships, finances, healing and assuring overcoming victory in every area. The spirit of the Lord is upon me because You have anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, the recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised and to preach the acceptable year of the Lord. I bind and release anything hindering my walk with You Father. You have given me victory over every circumstance and trial in this life that would attempt to hinder Your call or purpose in my life. In, Jesus name. Amen!

Get Your Inheritance!!!

Everyone wants their inheritance, especially if it is of considerable value, and of some real worth to them. I know I do. We have as part of our spiritual inheritance the favor of God which has greater benefit to us than any natural inheritance we could receive. The favor of God is God’s ability, God’s empowerment, God’s anointing, God’s help, God’s power, and simply God’s involvement in your affairs that makes life easier, more productive with favorable conditions, eliminating the red tape of mere men that causes a lot of heartache and headache, gives you promotions and blessings that you could never naturally expect. God's favor will even cause your enemies to be at peace with you and help you succeed without them even knowing it if it has to be done that way. There are no limitations on just how beneficial this inheritance is to us. We certainly need in this time in the earth.

This is the time, the set time for God to favor you!  Favor is part of our redemptive package purchased by the finished work of Christ and it is simply just the nature of our loving heavenly Father to lavish His favor on us, especially when things are tough, when things are difficult, when things seem impossible and there’s no way out which is why I am writing this blog to keep these truths in remembrance and develop a habit of the right confession. With God’s favor we reign as kings in life instead of being ruled over by negative circumstances and situations. God wants each and every one of us to have life and have life more abundantly.

Proverbs 16:7 - When a man's ways are pleasing to the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

Confession: Thank You, God of Glory, for the radical, bold, supercharged anointing I walk in and Your ability and will to do abundantly above all I could ask or think in all situations. God your involvement in my affairs makes life easier, more productive with favorable conditions, eliminating the red tape of mere men. It gives me promotions and blessings that I could never naturally expect. I Thank You for divine energy and supernatural strength. Thank You for giving me supernatural ability. I Thank You for the increasing anointing upon my life and glorious favor that goes before me this day. 








 

You Possess The Abundant Life

 

Okay! Okay! I have missed a day again. I got caught up and forget this time. See that's just why I am doing this. Forgetting confessions will not make life abundant. And Jesus came so we might have life and have life more abundantly. We want our abundant life. It is promised so let's walk in it. Thus, we gotta confess we have the abundant life with our mouths. Since I have missed a day I will post two "favor" confessions here today. Hey what's today? Oh okay, Friday. Okay, Thursday and today. That's right. No more chit chat let's get into it.


Thursday
Confession:  

I am God's own. I am the apples of His eye.Thank you God that I have the peace that surpasses all understanding that keeps my heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Thank You for Your glory and anointing upon me, in me, through me, above me, around me, about me in all that I do and say to the glory of God. Thank You the favor of God hovers over me and causes things to work out for my good and your favor distinguishes me from others. Thank You for blessings with seeds in them that keep reproducing after their own kind. I find favor, good understanding, high esteem in Your sight and in the sight of man.


Friday
Confession:  

Thank You Lord that Your love for me is extravagant. Your blessings and favor surround me as a shield. Father You are the God of multiplication and addition and anything that subtracts or divides this day is removed from my life. The Spirit of God is living in me boldly today and I expect Him to do exceedingly above all that I could ask or imagine. The anointing assists me to the fullest extent this day, destroying any yokes or bandages that would hinder the move of God in my life or those I come in contact with. Thank You for the all mighty favor of God in my life.

What?! What?! What?!

I was going to blog about something else but as I was writing the blog I remembered a scripture. Then I had to go with that because I often forget this one and it is an important one to remember just like the rest of them, lol, of course. I am actually laughing at myself over here. And so you know this blog was not supposed to be this long. You were warned. LOL.

Anyway let's get started. First I like to remind myself no matter what I am going through God loves me unconditionally by no merit of my own. I didn't have to do anything to earn His magnanimous everlasting love. He will never leave me nor forsake me. 

Ok with that said here is the scripture that came to me: For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons. For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds. 2 Corinthians 10: 3-5 I don’t know which translation that is but I like it.

Here is another one I like: The truth is that, although of course we lead normal human lives, the battle we are fighting is on the spiritual level. The very weapons we use are not those of human warfare but powerful in God’s warfare for the destruction of the enemy’s strongholds. Our battle is to bring down every deceptive fantasy and every imposing defense that men erect against the true knowledge of God. We even fight to capture every thought until it acknowledges the authority of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10: 3-5 J.B. Phillips New Testament (PHILLIPS)

It's easy in the good times to confess the Word, but when they are not so good that's where the work comes in. We must fight, fighting the good fight of faith. “It's a good fight because we are declared the winner from the beginning”, my Pastor says. Oh how I wish we never had to fight, period. But as long as the enemy is in the earth realm we are going to have to. Know this, the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy. John 10:10. Just like what happened in Boston the other day. That's the devil’s aka thief’s aka enemy’s goal; to steal joy, kill us and destroy an innocent good time. He does this even to his own. He works through people to do this, just as God works through us. 

Oh here is another scripture that just came to mind: For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6: 12.  

Once you purpose to get God's word in your heart the enemy comes to try to take it. Remember I told you. These scriptures are coming to me left and right. I forgot I knew this many. Here is another scripture: "When the Enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of God will raise a standard against him!" (Isaiah 59:19) It has been stated that the comma is in the improper place. Either way I like to read it like this because greater is the Lord than the enemy: "When the Enemy comes in, like a flood the Spirit of God will raise a standard against him!" (Isaiah 59:19) We must remember to use the “authority and power” we have been given by God to bring the enemy down in our lives.

Confession: I am a master at using my weapons of mass destruction on the enemy. For the weapons of my warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. No weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against me in judgment shall be condemned. I am the righteousness of the Lord through Jesus Christ. I am born of God. I am a world overcomer by my faith. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. Thanks be to you Father, who in Christ always leads me in triumph. I have the victory in every area of my life. I rebuke the devil right now in the name of Jesus. The enemy will not come against me to take this word because if he does the Spirit of Almighty God will raise a standard against him. I submit myself to God. I resist the enemy and he shall flee from me. For I remember I do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
